Located on the 5th hole in Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, this newly remodeled property offers fabulous views, access to our tennis community (voted top 50 in the country!), spa amenities at the Omni Resort, and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There are 26 pools on the property, (one right around the corner from our patio), and one of the best golf courses in the area. This is an end unit with plenty of privacy and the largest unit in the development at 1950 square feet. There are 4 TV's, One in the living room and one in each bedroom, all with the gold cable package (NFL sports package, HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and much more) There is a gas Fireplace in the living room and the entry opens up to a beautifully remodeled atrium, perfect for private dining. The Master bedroom has a California King Bed and en-suite bathroom, the first guest room has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second guest room has a queen bed and a large built in unit (perfect for in home office use) . Please note that the second guest room has plenty of dresser space, but does not have a closet for hanging items. Laundry facilities with brand new washer and dryer. The Clubhouse features a restaurant, bar, and Fitness Center.

Summary: We had a lovely month long vacation at Rancho Las Palmas golf and country club. The condo was clean, very spacious and was perfect for our family of five to stay here. The pool was lovely, never too crowded and steps from the condo. We enjoyed many evenings on the outdoor patio. All people we met were very friendly and condo owners were very accessible when needed.
